About

Originally hailing from Mount Virta in Skatay, Mjelle has spent more of her short life outside the embrace of the Wood than she has within it. Her home for the past few years has been Buscarron's Druthers, where she earns her keep by brewing most of the tavern's beers and wines.Mjelle is a serial hobbyist, and when not hard at work she can often be found trying out new things to limited success: knitting, chess and playing instruments are just a few of the things she's exceptionally mediocre at.Though life has been good to her since leaving Skatay, it can never be all fun and games. Her family has hunted her across the years through magics unique to the Virtan, and she fears the day they will finally force her home.

The Echo

Mjelle grew up believing she had the Echo, when in fact she was just on the receiving end of someone else's power. She's not alone in this, and has kept in touch with others met through the shared dreams of Susette Tirafont. If you've been through something similar, Mjelle has an empathetic ear and a bottle of something strong waiting with your name on it.

Hedge Magic

Though her training was never complete, Mjelle has a comfortable knowledge of Virtan rites and recipes to ease anything from a hellish hangover to a broken heart. Of course, so far from the Mountain there's always the risk of things backfiring, so she doesn't like to make a habit of it. That said, if you've noticed weird little changes in the flora and fauna around Buscarron's Druthers, she miiiight be responsible.

She has so much alcohol to sell, and other preserved snacky things besides. Whether you need just the one bottle of wine for a private dinner, or standing orders for your bar or restaurant, she's your girl!

Seeking to team up with a down-on-their-luck Ishgardian vintner legacy, Mjelle has found herself caught up in the impossible task of restoring the Iron Feast to some semblance of its former glory. It's a daunting prospect, and one that will require many hands: perhaps you might be one of them?
